By using AutoEmail (“the Service”), operated by SocialNexa, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AutoEmail queues and delivers email through mail accounts you connect, applies rate limits and pacing, and records delivery and reply activity. You remain the sender of every message.
You are solely responsible for the messages you send and the lists you send them to. You agree that:
Connecting a mail account does not exempt you from that provider’s rules. Consumer Gmail accounts in particular are not licensed for bulk unsolicited mail, and providers may suspend accounts that breach their terms. That risk is yours, and the Service cannot prevent it.
The Service applies safeguards intended to protect sender reputation. It cannot guarantee delivery, inbox placement, reply rates, or that a provider will not restrict your account.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, damage to sender reputation, or suspension of accounts by a mail provider.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
