Privacy Policy

Who we are

AutoEmail (“the Service”) is operated by SocialNexa, contactable at hello@socialnexa.cv. The Service is available at autoemail.cv.

Google user data we access

When you connect a Gmail account, you grant these scopes through Google’s consent screen:

gmail.send Send mail on behalf of the connected account. Used only to deliver messages you have queued and approved.
gmail.readonly Read messages, to detect replies and bounces so follow-up sequences stop. We read message headers, subject and plain-text body.
email Read the address of the connected account, so it can be labelled in your dashboard.

We do not request permission to delete mail or to modify your mailbox settings.

How we use it

Solely to operate features you have asked for: sending queued messages, detecting replies and bounces so automated follow-ups stop, and showing sending activity in your dashboard.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not transfer it to third parties except as described below, and do not use it to train machine-learning or AI models.

Limited Use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and protection

TokensOAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. They are never returned by our API, never written to logs, and never exposed to automation.
ContentMessage content you queue, and inbound replies to your outreach, are stored so the Service can send, thread and classify them.
AccessRestricted to users you invite. Every connect, send and suppression is recorded in an append-only audit log.
LocationData is stored on infrastructure operated by Render, in the region configured for the deployment.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting an account deletes its stored tokens immediately; the Service can no longer access that mailbox. To delete all your data, email hello@socialnexa.cv and we will remove it within 30 days.

You can revoke access at any time, independently of us, at Google account permissions.

Sharing

We share Google user data with no one. Infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service (hosting, and Google’s own APIs) process data on our behalf as service providers, not as independent recipients.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact hello@socialnexa.cv to exercise them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify account holders.
