AutoEmail is built and operated by SocialNexa (socialnexa.cv). It started as internal tooling for our own outreach, and we opened it up because the problems it solves are not specific to us.
Why it exists
Send more, faster, from more accounts. That works for a few weeks, and then the domains stop landing in inboxes — usually without any error to tell you it happened. The mail still sends. Nobody reads it.
We built AutoEmail the other way round. Volume per mailbox stays low on purpose. New accounts ramp over weeks rather than starting at full rate. Sends are spaced irregularly because regular intervals are a machine signature. An account that starts bouncing pulls itself out of rotation instead of continuing to damage its own reputation.
None of that is clever. It is just the set of constraints that keeps mail arriving — and the part most tools leave to the operator to remember.
How we build
Suppression, rate limits and approval gates are enforced in the send path, not in instructions. Anything that can be bypassed by whatever is asking to send is not a safeguard.
When state is ambiguous, we stop rather than send. A missed email costs nothing. A duplicate, or one to someone who already opted out, costs the prospect and the domain.
We ask for permission to send and read, never to delete or control a mailbox. Tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed through the API.
